I offer online somatic therapy sessions in English for non-French speakers and anyone feeling more comfortable expressing themselves in English.
I am based in Caen, Normandy, France.
I am trauma-informed (C-PTSD, PTSD, Dissociation) my practice is based on neurobiology, polyvagal theory (autonomic nervous system regulation) & attachment.
After taking the time to get to know you and you me, we can evaluate what needs to be adressed first and go from there at the right pace for you. The key element of my sessions is co-regulation, creating safety in the body and nervous system. The session is yours, your pace, experience & reality will be respected and held with care in the safe space that will be the session.
